Eye Gel Melted??

Did you order a Firming Eye Gel and it melted in transit?

It might not have melted; it is thinner than some have expected based on my description, and that is my mistake. I've added a video to the product page showing the expected consistency. Video: https://shopgoow.com/products/firming-eye-gel 

It would be very helpful if you could also check the video and let me know how yours compares (so I can determine if this is a heat issue that requires me to adjust the formulation or if it's just my terrible description!) 

Regardless of whether it melted or not, I will honor a refund or product credit (in the form of a digital gift card for next time). Please drop me an email and let me know which you prefer. You can also still use the eye gel; the actives are heat-stable as far as environmental temperatures go, so as long as the USPS didn't boil it, its efficacy remains intact!
