Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship by the next business day, but please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping costs are a flat rate:
- $6 flat rate shipping (USPS Ground in most cases)
- Free shipping on orders over $60 (subtotal after discounts, before tax)
Orders are typically shipped via USPS, although UPS may be used for certain shipments. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping transit time is typically 3-5 business days. With processing and transit time, you can expect to receive most orders within 4-8 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly. If tracking indicates a delay in your shipment, please contact your local USPS office to inquire and contact us with their findings so that we may help resolve the missing package.
