Are the systems suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The GOOW Skin Care Systems are designed to support skin health without harsh actives or aggressive treatments.
The formulas focus on hydration, barrier support, and gentle ingredients that work well for many people with dry or sensitive skin. The routine also avoids retinoids and fragrance that can sometimes cause irritation.
If your skin is extremely reactive, we recommend starting with the Essential System and introducing new products gradually.
Do I need to use all of the products together?
The products are designed to work together as a simple routine, but you can also incorporate them into your existing routine or add additional products if you prefer. Many customers find that using the full system keeps their routine easier and more consistent.
How long does the system last?
Most people find their system lasts about 6–8 weeks with daily use.
Usage will vary depending on how much product you apply and whether you use the routine once or twice daily.
Because skin improves gradually, consistency matters more than intensity. Many customers reorder their system roughly every 4-6 weeks to maintain their routine.
Can I add additional products to my system?
Yes. Each system is designed around a simple routine, but you can add products based on your skin’s individual needs.
For example, you may want to add a hydrating toner or additional actives when your skin feels drier or in need of additional support. And always finish with your favorite sunscreen in the daytime.
If you’re not sure what to choose, the default selections are designed to work well for most people starting a routine.
When should I reorder my system?
Most customers reorder their system around 4-6 weeks after starting.
A good rule of thumb is to reorder when your serum or moisturizer is about 2/3 finished. This helps ensure you can keep your routine consistent without running out.
Skin tends to respond best when products are used regularly over time, so maintaining the routine is key.
Is everything cruelty free and vegan?
All products are cruelty free and are never tested on animals, nor sold in any region that requires animal testing by law.
Most GOOW products are vegan, though in the Skin Care Systems, the Copper Peptide Serum in the Advanced and Pro-Longevity systems contains marine collagen (sourced from fish).
If you prefer a fully vegan routine, select the Essential system and add additional steps separately.
Is everything fragrance free?
Most products in the GOOW Skin Care Systems are fragrance free with no added fragrance or essential oils.
The exception is the Brightening C+E Face and Body Oil in the Advanced and Pro-Longevity systems, which contains a hint of orange fragrance - 0.05% phthalate-free fragrance (that's 0.00035 oz of the 0.7 oz bottle) to enhance the application experience without the likelihood of causing sensitization from the fragrance. As always, if irritation occurs, discontinue use.
